Day 1: Fly to the Fishing Grounds

The adventure starts early at 5:30 AM. Your English-speaking chauffeur drives you to Albrook National Airport, entering directly into the hangar. There, you board a sleek, five-passenger twin-engine Piper Seneca for a scenic 1-hour, 15-minute flight over the Panama Canal to Isla de Coiba. Upon landing, Captain Tom welcomes you aboard the JOKER, and you begin your first full day of fishing.

The JOKER, equipped with top-quality gear and a skilled crew, delivers a world-class sportfishing experience. You’ll fish among pristine, uninhabited tropical islands and target Wahoo, Roosterfish, Cubera, Yellowfin Tuna, Black Marlin, and other exciting species.

Fishing Schedule and Highlights

Each day, you depart the lodge at 6:30 AM and return around 6:00 PM. The best fishing often occurs in the first and last two hours of daylight, so you maximize your time on the water. Additionally, the crew ensures every detail enhances your adventure.
